Q1. What courier service do you use for deliveries?

- We use Canada Post and Purolator for domestic and U.S Orders, and DHL for international shipping. 

Q2. Can I place a custom order?

- Yes, simply email us at fataliedesigns@gmail.com to schedule an appointment, and we'll work with you to bring your custom piece to life.

Q3. How long does it take for my Fatalie purchase to arrive?

- Domestic purchases take approximately 3-5 business days to construct and 2-3 days for shipping.

- International deliveries differ depending on location. For any questions regarding an order, simply email us at fataliedesigns@gmail.com.

Q4. When & how will I receive a tracking number?

- You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is in the care of the courier.

Q5. How do I check the status of my order?

- If your order has passed its expected delivery window and you have not yet received a tracking number, please email us at fataliedesigns@gmail.com for an update. Be sure to contact us using the same email you used at checkout and include your order number for faster assistance.

Q6. Is there a way to try on your products before purchasing?

- Yes! If you live in Toronto, Ontario, we can arrange a fitting appointment. To set one up, simply email us at fataliedesigns@gmail.com.

Q7. Where are your garments constructed?

- At the moment, all Fatalie garments are handmade in Canada.

Q8. How do I facilitate a return?

- All garments are final sale. However, we do offer alterations to ensure your pieces fit perfectly. For any questions or alteration requests, simply email us at fataliedesigns@gmail.com.
